How long does the shoot take?

• Generally, shoots start at 10:00 AM, but for smaller packages, 11:00 AM or at the latest 12:00 PM is also possible.

• The duration depends on your chosen package (see prices).

• Shoots running up to 30 minutes over are no problem. Beyond that, however, I have to charge a flat fee of €30 for each additional half hour or part thereof.

 

What can I prepare?

• On the day of the shoot, please arrive either with foundation, makeup suitable for photos, or completely without makeup.

• Ideally, wash your hair the night before.

• Paint your nails red.

 

What do I need to bring?

• Your own lingerie, including nude bras, preferably strapless

• Beautiful lingerie, corsets, etc. for boudoir shoots

• Nylons (preferably 15 denier maximum, nude and black)

• Garter belt, if you have one

• Feel free to bring your own clothing and shoes, following the motto "It's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it ;)

• Your own jewelry, gloves, fascinators, hats, etc. - or cosplay costumes

 

I don't have any ideas for the settings and need advice. What can I do?

No problem, I'll come up with something perfect for you!

 

Not a fan of cute? Then we'll do something risqué, femme fatale, for example. I'll let you inspire me, and together we'll develop suitable settings for you - feel free to email me beforehand!

 

Example images are very helpful, so please find some inspiration and email them to me so I can get props if needed.

 

How long will it take until I receive the finished photos?

It always depends on how complex the editing or compositing is. I spend 10-20 minutes on some images, and up to 3 hours on others. As a rough guideline, the first images will be ready about 4 weeks after the shoot. However, it can take longer depending on the complexity of your images as well as those I have to edit beforehand.

 

Can I use the images without restrictions and for commercial purposes?

You can find information about this in the Terms and Conditions.

 

What happens to the photos? Are they stored?

I store all the images indefinitely, meaning you can request them again as a download at any time. I never delete photos!

 

When do I need to submit my image requests?

You have as much time as you like. Often, after the initial selection and a second look, people realize they'd prefer a different one, so feel free to sleep on your first selection for a few nights. ;)

 

Can I bring someone with me?

Since the photoshoot, while fun, also requires a lot of concentration, it has proven effective in the past to conduct the shoot alone; the accompanying person, if not photographed, can be unsettling and distracting – a very private and personalized atmosphere offers the greatest comfort factor for achieving perfect results.

General

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers and services of The Elderwood Photography, unless otherwise agreed in writing. By placing an order, the client (hereinafter also referred to as the customer) acknowledges these General Terms and Conditions as binding.

 

"Photos" within the meaning of these General Terms and Conditions are all products created by the photographer, regardless of the technical form or medium in which they were created or exist.

 

Copyright

The copyright to the photos created by the photographer belongs to the photographer in accordance with the German Copyright Act.

 

The photos created by the photographer are generally intended for the customer's personal use. Photos may not be used for commercial purposes without the photographer's written consent. When publishing photos for non-commercial purposes (e.g., private websites, Facebook, or Instagram), the copyright notice (www.the-elderwood.de) must always be included, or the photos with the watermark must be used. In this case, either the watermark must be visible, or the photographer must be named and linked.

 

Copyright to the photographs remains with the photographer even after subsequent editing by the client or third parties. Any editing (retouching or compositing) by a third party must be agreed upon in writing with the photographer. If a new photograph is created through photo compositing, photomontage, or other analog or digital manipulation, the photographer is considered a co-author and must also be credited. If the photographer is not credited when editing by a third party, a cease-and-desist letter may be issued, which could result in, among other things, the deletion of the image. Usage rights are transferred to the client only after full payment for the commission. Images, logos, texts, and videos on www.the-elderwood.de are the intellectual property of the photographer and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Service Description: The photographer will create photos on behalf of the client according to the offer (package) on the website www.the-elderwood.com. If the agreed time for a shoot is significantly exceeded for reasons beyond the photographer's control, the agreed flat rate may be increased by an additional hourly fee.

 

The order can be expanded or modified by written agreement, e.g., for additional photos or subjects. Digital files will be carefully stored by the photographer and can be reordered. The photographer is entitled to use photos taken by them for their own advertising purposes without separate consent from the client, in particular on printed advertising materials (flyers, posters, brochures) as well as on the photographer's Facebook and Instagram pages. The client may object to this use in writing in advance. The right of use remains valid until the client objects and cannot be subsequently contested.

 

Since the client is aware of the photographer's technical and creative approach through the website www.the-elderwood.com and has not given the photographer any explicit instructions regarding the composition of the photos, complaints regarding the image concept and artistic/technical aspects must be submitted within 14 days. Otherwise, this claim is forfeited. If the client requests changes during or after the photo shoot, they will be responsible for the additional costs. The photographer retains the right to payment for work already begun.

 

Vouchers are valid for 12 months according to applicable law for special services. They are not redeemable for cash. Returns are not possible; however, transfer to another person is permitted as an exception.

 

 

Payment / Retention of Title: A flat fee or an hourly rate will be charged for the creation of the photos. Unless otherwise agreed, incidental expenses (travel costs, out-of-pocket expenses, props, etc.) are to be borne by the client. The agreed prices are final prices and no VAT is shown. Orders are to be paid by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Contractual Penalty / Damages

In the event of any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the photographic material outside of private use (without the photographer's consent), a contractual penalty of twice the package price is payable for each individual case, subject to further notice.
